Hello.

A buyer bought 1 item, ie, one single part. He says he received it but files
NSS claiming I sent only one part of instead of 2.

Order clearly shows 1 single part, not a fig or anything.

How do I counter this?

Buyer has zero feedback.

What item is it about?
Maybe the item image is showing 2 items (front and back).

Always respond to the NSS in the Problem comment field of the NSS.
