| So this morning was the first time using, well at least trying to use shipstaition.
I can get all the way to the purchase a label screen then I get an unable to
purchase label pop up saying to try again.
Anyone else getting this or am I doing something wrong?

When you log into paypal, if you scroll down to "Manage MultiOrder Shipping",
and click on that. You can still print labels like you were allowed to previously
from paypal. Discovered this last night.

Thank you! That worked as a bypass for now, hopefully I can resolve the issue
with shipstation.

What browser are you using ? Some browsers have a pop-up blocker. You may have
to white-list the domain name for PS to get this to work.

I am using Safari 12.1.
As far as white listing, I went to setting for this website and the image is
what I have, should I change anything?

IMHO, that looks like pop-ups are allowed, so no. The problem must be elsewhere.
Might want to look at the ShipStation site for a support FAQ. If you're having
this problem, I'm sure others have already dealt with it.
This morning I printed a label with PayPal and it is still giving me the old
method. I expect that to change soon tho.

| When I went to contact Shipstation there was a pop up saying they are aware of
the issue with some people unable to purchase labels, so hopefully it will be
resolved soon.
Thank you for your help.
Shipping straight from PayPal is so much easier, wish they kept it that way.
I hate when things change and become less efficient.

I agree, can’t stand the interface. Really annoying to have to input dimensions
on 1st class packages, what a time waste when it isn’t necessary. I’ve yet to
find a way to change the date if I’m preprinting the label for next day shipment.
