| Hi community
Order was placed with me 14th January 2021 (5 months ago) with delivery to Big
Yellow Self Storage,buyer informs me 2 days ago order apparently has not arrived
and have now received my 1st NSS.
Am i right in thinking the only way this can be removed is if i fully refund
buyer.
Thank you for any advice.

Hi Nita Rae
Order was £30.00,altough i keep my proof of posting i generally disregard after
about 3 months.So so gutted as i have worked so hard and was closing in on my
next coloured brick with 100% feedback.

| This won't help you now, but keep records for at least 6 months. Bricklink
orders are purged after six months and PayPal allows a case to be opened for
180 days after the payment date.

Proof of posting is different from tracking. Tracking shows exactly when the
package was delivered. Even if you had proof of posting, I'm not sure how
much it would help in this situation.
