Hi,

Part 24434 is listed as an alternate of 6183 however they are different.

In the image 24434 is in front, 6183 is behind. The curvature on 6183 is slightly
higher on either side so if you have a mixture of both parts the difference is
quite noticeable as they don't site "flush" with each other.

Thanks

I have added a note describing different curvatures, added your image as an additional
image to the entry, and added the part to our list of unsplit variants:

Without having both on hand, is there a way to know which variant one has?

All 24424's have the number molded into the bottom of the part, so it is
easy to know you have that version. If it isn't molded with the number 24424,
then it is a 6183.
