| I thought all stores needed to have T&C listed and a shipping policy. Today I
found a store with neither of these items that has a part I want to order, and
it threw me for a loop. I tried looking for what is required for a seller, but
could not find it.
Am I remembering wrong or do my search skills bite? Please point me to a page
to lets me know either way.

You have to have them to get your store verified but I am not aware of rule saying
that you must have them after that.
If it is an instant checkout order it should show you the shipping cost in your
cart. If invoice only, then unreasonable shipping costs are a valid reason for
order cancellation (though if you go this route it's possible the seller
may leave negative feedback out of spite).

| If they cleared them at some point, you can access a previous version through
the dropdown with the edit dates and times at the top right of the Terms tab
in any store.

But then, they are an older version, not valid anymore.

And ain’t that smelly that someone would ditch the terms they took time to write
just after they are verified?

| Yes, considering that they have been modifying them almost daily for the month
of May, then on May 12th, removed them completely.

| If you do not have to have then after verification, then what is the point?
It is not an instant checkout store, and the shipping was $7.50 on a $2.51, six
ounce order, which to me seems a little bit excessive, not too bad, but not too
good either.

What would be a "bad" shipping cost in this case? $7.50 sounds exorbitant to
me given what you've described - almost double the commercial rate for First
Class.

Maybe they are written in invisible ink.

Invisible runes, they have to get a wizard in to do those. You can't see
them because their invisible.
