HP275 has recently been added by Vikingbricks1 but the figure does not exist
in either an already released set or any of the pending releases in the next
month on the Lego.com site. It appears to make use of other parts e.g. hp258
body, legs and hands.

There would appear to be 633 of these for sale from 4 sellers none of them the
store mentioned in the OP.

That book is for sale all over already (at least in the US).
