I own 50+ of these little guys

Part No: 6632 Name: Technic, Liftarm Thin 1 x 3 - Axle Holes
*
6632 Technic, Liftarm Thin 1 x 3 - Axle Holes
Parts: Technic, Liftarm {Light Gray}

But this one continue to stand out of the rest. I compared it to all my LightGrays,
then to the rest in all colours, and he's alone, a different beast.

You Judge it.

Note: color LightGray, so expect no-logo and no-microprints in those old times
of old grays.
Note2: 2 legit variants in pic2, where one has a "parting line" more visible,
but still legit imho.

My $0.02 worth: Looks like an older version part. I say that because back in
older parts, they used the '+' instead of the 'X' axle holes.
You can see the axle holes are very straight, and defined in the '+'
configuration, where the ones shown above are more open, in the newer, wider
'X' configuration.

It's a good suggestion. I tested it out

I compared it to older 6632 I own, in all other colors too
Then I compared it also to 2825 and 2905 which could be older than a 6632

Part No: 2825 Name: Technic, Liftarm, Modified Stud Connector Thin 1 x 4
*
2825 Technic, Liftarm, Modified Stud Connector Thin 1 x 4
Parts: Technic, Liftarm {Light Gray}

Part No: 2905 Name: Technic, Liftarm, Modified Triangle Thin 3 x 5 with Full Supports
*
2905 Technic, Liftarm, Modified Triangle Thin 3 x 5 with Full Supports
Parts: Technic, Liftarm {Light Gray}

Results: no one has that tiny logo, that big number, or the 4 depressions in
the retro.

Are you trying to find out what clone company made the part?

I'm trying to find a strong assurance it's fake or genuine.
Maybe genuine like my peer said, but from some obscure theme/age?
Can you provide any input of those 6632?

It doesn't look genuine to me. I have never seen markings like that on any
part from LEGO.

I pulled it through Google Lens. Only get the original LEGO part (or some funny
dishwasher part )
