Having parted quite a few of both over the years...
I’ve seen white and light bluish gray ABS used in both torso and leg assemblies.
Why is it you'd like to know, Susan? What is it you're trying to understand?

Just confirming if the ones i have are genuine - they have Lego logo - but you
never know
