| Hi!
I just created a door and it was approved.
How do I add this part:
I know it's a relationship but I want to do it correctly and I'm not
sure what relationship to select, I don't see a place to select 'window,
glass & shutter'

Parts like the above door you added already have a relationship in the catalog.
It is a "Glass on Window" relationship, and the match number is 414.
To add your relationship, do the following:
(1) Go here: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogRelAdd.asp?relType=13
(2) Click on the "Existing Match Number" radio button and enter 414 in the text
box.
(3) In the number 1 dropdown, choose "Window" and enter 4181pb081 in the text
box.
(4) Click the "Add Relationship Item" button.
Once approved, you will see the relationships on the catalog page for your door.
Cheers,
Randy

| Thanks!
Just wondering, is there a document somewhere that I can use to find this information
out?
I really appreciate your answer but if there is a way to find the information
out without bothering you it's even better.
For example, you know that it's match number 414 but I had no clue where
I'd find such information.
Thanks again, really appreciate it.

This is one of those catalog power user things.
To look at existing relationships, first start on the main catalog page:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalog.asp
In the "Browse the Catalog" main section, you will see an "Item Relationships"
link under the "Helpful Guides" subsection. Click on that to go here:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogRel.asp
Now you need to know what type of relationship you are looking for. (If you don't
know, you can click on the "Definitions" link on that page.) These relationships
are just something learned over time, so don't feel bad if it takes time
to get used to. I knew that this was a "Glass on Window" relationship already,
so I clicked on the "Glass on Window" link. That takes you to this page:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogRelCat.asp?relID=13
Now you need to know what category the part is classified in.
For the door you just added
it is in the "Door, Decorated" category, so you would click on the "Door, Decorated"
link on the category page. This brings you to:
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogRelList.asp?relID=13&catID=642
Now you look to see if there is an existing match with parts similar to the one
you added. In this case, there is, and it has a match number of 414. This is
the number to use to add the new door into this existing relationship.
Like I said, this is real catalog-power-user-level stuff, so feel free to always
ask if you have problems.
Cheers,
Randy

| If I am understanding correctly, then it is not a relationship, but instead it
is an assembly.
You don't list relationships, they only tell you what parts fit together.
