* Delete 2 Part 4073 Trans-Clear Plate, Round 1 x 1 Straight Side
* Add 1 Part 4073c01 Trans-Clear Plate, Round 1 x 1, 2 on Sprue

This set is right at the transition period for these parts, so I am not going
to do anything with these requests until we can figure out if later versions
of this set did not contain the sprues. I have a feeling later versions did not
have the sprues which accounts for some of the extras. I was only able to figure
out the complete scenario for one set like this so far around this transition
period because it isn't easy to find data.

That actually does help a little bit to fill in the picture. However, I am still
not comfortable messing with the inventories in the transition period unless
I am very sure about how it should be. And as I stated before, I was only very
sure for one set in this time period so far. For now, I am mainly concentrating
on sets from 1980-1990 when it comes to 4073c01.
