* Delete 12 Part 4624 White Wheel 8mm D. x 6mm
* Change 12 Part White 4624c02 Wheel 8mm D. x 6mm with Black Tire 15mm D. x 6mm Offset Tread Small (4624 / 3641) {Counterpart to Regular}

I cannot see any 4624c02 in the images at this link.
I cannot see any 4624c02 in the images at this link.
This set has been tampered with and is used. The stickers have been applied to
the large tail fin, the red minifig should not be in the window slot, the other
minifig in the window slot has the visor on the helmet, the 6014ac01 are assembled,
etc.
The good news though is that I found a few other sealed sets that showed the
assembled 4624c02. I have attached a couple of images and the change requests
will be approved.

I was going to work more on this as I ha doubts on that source. Forgot about
stickered part otherwise, it could possibly be a box with sealed contents. So
it seems 4624c02 never came assembled.

Just to clarify, the 4624c02 *did* come assembled, but the 6014ac01 did not.
