So when follow the steps, remove the crane etc... and add the sticker... when
rebuild the set we have a stickered part for the crane

I agree, it is not ideal. A building set featuring a building scene that can't
be rebuilt.

I see that the number was changed from 5 to 4 by member roxanne in 2006 with
4 replies, but that discussion is unfortunately not accessible any longer.
Until something other than set instructions is available to make a decision,
I believe the amount should remain at 4. I have added an inventory note to the
set, as I've noticed that I have the tendency of doing.
