Comments from Submitter:
The current inventory shows two needed. However, one is needed on step 2 of the instructions, one is needed on step 7 and another is needed on step 11. Three total are needed.

and a different version which calls for three of them (see the inventory note
at the bottom of the set's inventory page). The inventory is currently correct
as regards this part.
