| I would like to put forth an idea that I believe is difficult to find opposition
to. Something that I feel is as near to self-evident as one could get with BL
updates ideas.
After a NPB is completed, said recipient of the NPB complaint, loses the ability
to post feedback.
A seller should not have to apply & petition to have any negative feedback
removed, is my point in this suggestion.
As I see it; with an "completed" NPB (key word being completed) the transaction
has placed a undisputed burden on the seller and lack of responsibility on the
buyer. See list of valid & invalid reasons, well spelled-out in the pic below.
Scenarios where coercion on the part of the seller has taken place are possible.
However, those should not make it to a completed NPB status.
I would like to qualify my unbiased opinion in this matter, by confessing I've
never used the penalizing system here on BL. I've never filed a NPB or any
other system embedded complaint. My personal take on such, is not aligned with
the way in which BL has it set-up, presently or in the past. But if we are to
work within the system, it should be fair…….

Further thoughts....
I believe it would alleviate some burden from Admins having to evaluate the requests
of sellers asking for feedback removal after the NPB completion. One less task
to handle of their already heavy loads......
If feedback, malicious or not, was left prior to the NPB completion, then it
is automatically removed after the completion.

Yes, why not? Nobody is going to want to retain the neg FB and not want it removed
anyway I guess.
