I agree that keeping a sense of homour is a good thing in these situations but
maybe not at the buyer's expense. Leaving the neutral I think was a bit hasty
and has earnt the store a neg which is not too usefull. Reading the original
thread it seems the whole thing might have been avoided by offering to ship the
correct item. It seems the buyer did not want a refund, he wanted the goods and
this problem have been worked out if FB had not been left so quickly. Just my
thoughts.
