I'm trying to build a collection of technic parts, starting by parting out
various sets to get a good balance of different parts. However, doing this ends
up with all the parts to build each model, which is not something I care much
about. Instead, I want to make sure I have enough of each part to, at most, build
any one of the models among those I've parted out.

Thus, I'd really appreciate a feature that would let me merge two wanted
lists with different ways of combining the counts - maximum count, maximum plus
25% of the other, sum of the two (for other uses than mine), etc.

I'm trying to build up a nice technic collection that will let me build various
types of machines (vs models, where color might matter), and in order to do that,
I'm parting out sets to my wanted lists. Since I don't care about color
(and color can make a huge difference in cost), I then have to go through each
item, count the number of that part (if the part is included as multiple colors),
delete all but one, and set the remaining one to the combined count with no color
specified.

It would be immensely helpful to have a simple checkbox to do this de-coloring
and merging for me.
