It sets a precedent that we don't need. We don't need extra colors for
all the different Trans-Light Blue variants, Dark Pink variants, etc.

But deciding not to undo something that has been there for 20 years does not
in any way require us to do a whole bunch of other things that way. Obviously
for 20 years we've been able to have one and not the others. What's
another 20 years?

It appears that there were other parts in this set that used to be Flat Dark Gold until they were changed to Pearl Gold. The 3048s in this set were changed from Flat Dark Gold to Pearl Gold in June of 2006. It seems that the sword was just never changed. This set should not have had any color transition alternates.

Where are these images from? Are they showing opened sealed sets? If not, we
need better proof, because the swords may have been Reddish Gold.

I opened this set 2 years ago, before any thought of getting the swords straightened
out. I will check later to see if I kept any swords or pictures.

Dark Purple is darker than that 1x1 tile shows.
Don't focus on the darkness. Focus on the redness. Purple is much redder
than dark purple.

The renders that Lego makes are usable and encouraged for unprinted parts. Photographs
are preferred for printed parts.

I opened a fresh on and got B. I can post a pic later if desired. This COULD be a transitional set, but I don’t like to see inventories like this. B was an unknown part when the inventory was made. It was added a year later. The part wasn’t really split for a long long time later, so when B was found the inventory appeared to be claim A was in it. If A is ever found in it, it can be added back.

Just do these by color.
The strict answer is center to center. 70904 is 26mm. 71321 is a little smaller,
I don't remember exactly. Just a few millimeters.
But just do these by color. There is no blue 71321.

[P=71321] does not exist in blue. I have corrected lots of inventories, but
there are still 4 that I haven't found sealed. So this problem will go away
in time.
Apologize to your buyer for the misunderstanding, but assure them that it happened
because the other part doesn't actually exist.

the UK. I have been happy with stuff I bought there.
