| Inventory list from the instructions. The set photography and artwork in the
instructions indeed shows the octagonal hilt, but the element ID doesn't
correspond. The spear appears to be dark brown, regardless.

LEGO element IDs from instructions. 4569471 for the sword (change part number and color), and 4549898 for the spear (should be dark brown not black).

The instruction manual shows one (1) of this part, and the part goes on the Jack McHammer minifig as his right forearm. Since this part is in the minifig inventory, it should not also be part of the set inventory as Regular.
