LEGO just uses everything they have, maybe they dug up an old container with
the X bottom and mixed them in with the newer parts.
LEGO never throws anything away, this is how we got old Maersk blue 3001old in
modern sets

With "X" bottom in Light Bluish Gray in some 2019 sets. I mixed together many
sets so unfortunately, I can't trace which one it's from. But it's

As you can see in the set’s instruction book, Jango Fett’s balaclava head goes with the black hair, male, and when using his helmet, a black head (plain) fits instead the balaclava one. I suppose the head is a blocked open stut one, since it fits the helmet part and is the same type as the balaclava one

on one side only, so the other side is plain black). This is the same head

That's a strange response from Lego, especially as the 75159 Deathstar IS
a UCS set, despite being nigh-on identical to 10188. 75159 is UCS even without
the plaque...

Beside main foil pack (Anakin's Jedi Interceptor) in this issue was added second one extra foil pack. In my copy it was OImperial Shuttle which is already in inventory. But in diffrent copies second one foil pack was added different one. Found information on polish blog (in polish unfortunetly) about other possible ones to be found with this issue beside Anakin's Jedi Interceptor. So you could buy this magazin with Anakin's Jedi Interceptor and second foil pack which could diffrent ones. Have no idea if there could be more possibilites. Those were confirmed by diffrent people from different parts of country.
