Changes are cosmetic
Molding pip, above molding pip there is now also date beside LEGO word so the
gap between molded ridges is wider than in 19917 where there is only LEGO word.
In older 19917 on other side is molding line visible which is not on newer and
newer is less grainy on the middle.

molded on it there is no other visible differences.

This is Hair Combo, Hair with Hat not similar Hair Combo, Hat with
Hair. Please notic order of words.
So main color in this part is tan not flat silver as hair are tan. Inside the
helmet where is connection to head stud color is tan. It is similar situation
to:
main color from hair:
and similar pb*
https://www.bricklink.com/catalogList.asp?q=35660*
etc.
In catalog are also parts where hat is main - Hat with Hair
* | | 27160pb01 Minifigure, Hair Combo, Hat with Hair, Bowler Hat with Bright Green Question Mark and Dark Orange Wavy Shoulder Length Hair Pattern Parts: Minifigure, Hair |
in those main color is hat as inside where stud connects to head there is color
from hat not hair.
So in this Thor helmet hair is main color as inside helmet color of hair is.
So tan.
I originally submitted is as tan. (I will provide photo later)
P.S.
So when color was changed when approving to flat silver and admin thought this
would be main color then name of this helmet should be change to be consistent,
then to Hat with Hair not Hair with Hat as is it now.

We're having an experiment with these.
It started with the Looney Tunes minifigures this time last year and didn't
cause any confusion.
We are aware it creates an inconsistency but it's a work in progress and
at some point all will likely be moved in one direction or the other.
But the the Hair and Hat in the title was round the wrong way thanks for spotting
that.
Paul.

Thanks for your explanation, after a brake from Bricklink I'm not up to date
with everything
I'm OK with that then.

There were already added new PCCs for 78127 to DBG and White and this part was
also added to inventories of 2022 sets, but looks like 78127 is a new mold with
slight variation from 26066. Unfortunately I do not have 26066 do I can't
compare them in hand and can't be 100% sure but comparing to large image
only from Bricklink database for LBG I've noticed such differences as shown
on image attached. So please add a note also to this part. Attached photo merged
for LBG from catalog with my image for tan.
Or you want to add this as new part to catalog?

Lampyridae are mainly terrestials only some species can have aquatic living larvae,
like those for example https://www.zobodat.at/pdf/WB-China_3_0539-0562.pdf (There
is a few words about it in the article introduction section)

C’mon, get your creative marketing skills on. You need something with pizazz!
A name that glows like the vibrant color itself.
Something like Firefly Yellow. You ever seen the vibrant yellow a glowing
firefly produces in the dark?

capes as below.
In set 75294:
Element ID: 4124171
Design ID: 22231
In set 75296:
Element ID: 6335646
Design ID: 73518
Should it be separated to sw1112a and sw1112b or should a new entry being made
for the one with #522 cape (as the current one is with #522c)?
|
Don't trust Bricks & Pieces, they don't distinguish between 522 and 522c.
See here:
https://brickset.com/sets/containing-design-22231
22231 in all sets through 2020, also in those for which we have confirmation
for 522c like
Do you have proof for 522 in set
?
|
My copy of set
have cardboard sleeve with this exact number (just checked it - confirmed from
sealed set content)
this cardboard sleeve with the same cape was then in this set also as I see
so it is 522 cape.
|
Ok so I just opend this set and just checked cape carboard sleeve.
and it has this
So I have proof that in Vader from 75294 has 522 cape and from 75296 has 522c
cape
P.S.
But do we really want to complicate differentiation od Star Wars minifigures.
I propose maybe do the same as with heads just add a note that this minfigure
can be with 522 or 522c cape. I wish good look to all sellers tring to measure
those capes anf find 1mm od difference

If you've never added an inventory to the catalog, there can be a learning
curve, but since you have a large feedback, I assume you've parted out many
sets, so it should be familiar to you in many ways. Basically the more different
parts are in a set, the longer it takes.
David
|
and I would add that In my opinion Star Wars sets are easier ones as mostly they
do not have new molds, parts and colors (main inventory, besides minfigures).
Just submitted two of them and there was only one new printed part so it was
quite quick work.
