Hello

I have a customer that chose a local pickup method but is actually 3 hours away
from me. I asked if they were going to pickup and they asked to ship the order.

The order has already been paid via instant checkout.

How do I add shipping to an already paid order?

Make sure your refund is only to 2 decimal places. It doesn't work with 3.

For example $1.03 will work but $1.032 will not.

Check the exchange rate settings, I believe it is set to USD by default.

Not sure how to "force them to be a manual only" for specific items. Is that
a checkbox somewhere on the item's list page?




There is a drop down under each item where you can set it to manual only. See
Pkg Type in the picture. This will only give buyers the option of a manual quote.
Then you can give them an accurate shipping cost.

In your orders settings page you can enable a second field that tracks the Paid
status so you can see if the order has been paid for.

I would and do use Brickstore. You can part out and upload chunks of the set
with it or do the entire set all at once and it won't time out. Once you
have the set complete you upload the Brickstore file to Bricklink.

Brickstore also has great tools like mass updating of pricing, inventory management
etc.

I used it for this order and my buyer was able to approve the removal. I believe
it doesn't show up in the actual order but rather in the OrderItem removal
screen. Your buyer would go to the same screen that you use to retract the item
in order to approve it.

2 ways to combat this. You can pad your shipping prices by a little bit to cover
packaging.

Second you can add a weight factor to the shipping method. It adds 10% so that
BL will add 10% extra to the weights of items to account for variations and the

If the remarks are correct in Bricklink the sync command should correct Brickowl.

Or you can export your Bricklink inventory and reload it into Brickowl.

The command would have updated the remarks on both BL and BO. But Bricksync does
make backups of inventory. So if there is still a backup with the original remarks
you should be able to restore them using the "loadnotes" command in Bricksync.
That command will load remarks (and comments) from a bsx file.

If I type "loadall" he says the same...

It needs the filename of the bsx file from which you want to load the remarks.

You can also close bricksync, move the backup to the primary and open it again.

Yes but, the systems says "the pool of available daily Bricklink API calls is
too low"

cross our fingers!
