| I've discussed this with a few people that do it.
The General purpose is to list a few parts and have a value limit, where anything
under it incurs a fee. They top it with a low lot limit. This way you can never
reach that value where you don't get charged an extra handling fee.
This way you're overpaying for shipping AND handling, even if the parts are
cheap - it's not like you can buy enough for them to be worth such a low
value.
It's a profitable system, that relies pretty heavily on auto-buyers and people
who don't read terms.

To all new buyers on BL I would advice to check the the 'praise' section
on the top right of your screen, see picture.
If it reads lower than 99% you should start to worry. If it's lower than
98% than contact the seller before placing an order. If it's lower than 97%:
avoid the seller!
In your case I'm sure all will eventually work out right for you because
you will get support from the admins here.

While I agree with this - I wouldn't necessarily advise anything under 99%
to be worried. I've got a neutral and a negative from two customers that
I couldn't please with my customer service, but the rest of my feedback is
positive. I'd say it varies on the feedback % and the number of orders. Feedback
is definitely something every buyer should read before they buy though.

Spedition can refer to local couriers or freight companies, if I understand it
correctly. Most BL sellers use their countries' native postal services (unless
another service in the area has better pricing) from what I understand. Hopefully
that helps!

| The title pretty much says it all - I'm pretty much just trying to make sure
my terms are succinct and consistent with the best practices that all other sellers
are using/recommending. I'll put them below -
Store Terms
We primarily focus on selling new parts and minifigures. The used minifigures
and minifigure parts that we have come from private collections that typically
have little to no use. We make sure to note the condition of the used minifigures
on their descriptions – we remove all damaged and broken minifigures and parts
- If there is no description present, please feel free to reach out and ask us
about it. All of our new minifigures are typically pre-assembled, with a few
being unassembled.
All of the items that we offer as “New” are either unopened kits, unused sticker
sheets, or unused parts. New pieces may occasionally have micro-scratches as
a result of LEGO’s packaging and transport.
All of the items that we offer as used may have minor scratches and playwear,
unless otherwise mentioned in the listing.
Order Processing
We do not have any minimum order size requirements, but any orders that are under
4 USD will be subject to a 2 USD handling fee.
We will process and ship most orders in 3-4 days or less. If we are experiencing
any shipping delays, they will be reflected in the store banner or communicated
through private messages.
We work hard to spot-check our inventory and make sure that our inventory quantities
are correct. If, for any reason, we find that we are missing a part while picking
your order, we will refund you the cost of the missing parts and issue a coupon
code for your next purchase from MrBricktastic.
Payment
All orders placed with our store are considered binding. If an order remains
unpaid within 7 days of the order invoice being issued, unless instant checkout
is selected, we will issue a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) alert.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
PayPal
Credit Cards through Stripe
Currently, payments are only accepted in USD.
Discounts
Discount requests will be ignored unless the product is otherwise marked with
‘accepting offers’ on the listing.
Any communications requesting free products, in exchange for social media ‘exposure’
will be ignored.
Missing Parts or Issues
If there are any missing parts or issues with your order, let us know immediately
so that we can make it right to the best of our ability.
If, for any reason, you receive damaged or missing pieces, we will make sure
to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. This is the primary
reason why we only ship items tracked or insured (if shipping internationally),
as we want to avoid missing packages.
International Orders
It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to carry any and all import fees imposed
by their own country. We cannot be held liable for any import fees incurred,
and most countries have governing laws which state that it is illegal to demand
compensation for them.
Returns
Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. All customers are responsible
for shipping on returns, unless stated otherwise by our customer service team.
