Had to file an NSS as the seller did reply to comments but didn't want to
do anything about it, so unsure how to categorise. This was removed without reason
a couple of days before the deadline date.
If I now cancel the order, is it up to me to cover shipping again as this was
an overseas order that I already paid over the odds for! It would have been nice
to know if my reasoning was correct or not, too...
Thanks

I can't answer about shipping and cancellation, but removing an NSS should
not be down to BrickLink and it is very annoying that it is removed without consulting
the buyer who filed it. I had the same issue a while back: seller sent two mini-figs
that were completely wrong and refused to pay for postage to return the items.
Just went around in circles. I gave a Neg and they responded like-wise, despite
them fecking up the order completely.

Sounds like it's probably not going to get anywhere then? There needs to
be a better procedure for this kind of thing, no?

than individually messaging every user) to remind all the people that they have
coupons due to expire?
It'll be a handy feature to have...!

| I have a custom printed minifig of the 7th Doctor (Dr Who - Sylvester McCoy)
and wondered if this is allowed to post for sale or not, please?
Naturally, a photo and condition of piece will be described, but not sure if
this goes against the listing policy or not.
Thanks

& request a refund.
Thanks again

| I recently made a purchase described as complete, with a figure not in the original
set.
This did not say in the description that one of the figures was not included
so a replacement was issued instead.
I have posed the question to the seller who advised there was a photo that showed
the replaced figure in the set and that the replacement figure was detailed in
the description. However, when I came back to ask about the description's
lack of "missing (or no) specific figure" and that it was labelled as "Used -
Complete", and the fact that complete means all figures unless specifically stated,
they have gone quiet on me.
Please can you confirm if this was satisfactorily marked as complete, or should
it be incomplete & what I could do from here as I spent a great deal more than
the set was worth to get hold of this specific figure!
Thanks

Complete - Set contains all parts necessary to build all of the models
(including alternate models) in the instructions but does not have to contain
the original box/packaging and/or extra parts. If the set is missing instructions,
the description must state so. If the set did not come with instructions then
the set should include all parts listed in the picture inventory which is located
on the box or bucket. The set must include all original stickers used on the
model either still on the sticker sheet or applied.
Incomplete - Set is missing some contents. Description should state what
exactly is missing.
***
It sounds like you are indicating the set was missing one of the set's minifigures,
which would not conform with the Complete definition: "...contains all parts
necessary to build all of the models..." If I understand you correctly, the
set should have been marked Incomplete, with the description detailing what was
missing (minifigure). The seller could also have included in the Incomplete
listing that a replacement figure would be provided (detailing what the replacement
was) but a replacement not included in the set's inventory in place of a
missing figure does not make the set Complete.

| I have over 180 unique 2 piece badges, mostly tied to Legoland Windsor Resort
(UK) and some to Legoland Discovery Centres.
There are currently 105 of these I have found in Gear so far and I probably have
about 5 of those that I am considering adding.
It took a while, but I have uploaded two more to the inventory catalogue today,
pending approval. Would people be interested in buying these products? Just looking
to gauge an idea of how worthwhile it would be to add to the catalogue and how
much these could sell on for.
Thanks

| I've issued a few coupons but now found a rare part to add to my store.
I know when creating a coupon, you can exclude certain parts....but can this
be done after a coupon has been issued as I don't want to overprice it so
much that it turns off potential buyers elsewhere? Considering these are worth
up to 75% off, that's a major difference in price!
I've retained it as a stock item for now until the coupons are used or expired.
