According to the catoalog the barbs are flat silver, not pearl light gray (although
the weapns are). I suspect, that like all the (53451) barbs I own, they are likely
to be more rubbery than plastic.

Hello all Bricklink sellers and buyers!

I have created an active Google Map so that all Bricklink sellers in Denmark
can register on it. - If they otherwise feel for it.
https://tinyurl.com/Bricklink-danmarkskort
This Denmark map shows the approximate location of Bricklink sellers in Denmark.
The idea with the card is that buyers can save postage for shipping, and that
you can quickly get the bricks you just need for a building. - If you know a
seller near you, LEGO has the bricks in stock. The seller saves the packaging
and the time of sending the package.

If you are a Bricklink seller and want your arrow on the map, you are welcome
to contact me - admin Christoffer Behrens https://www.facebook.com/christoffer.behrens
in a PM with these 3 pieces of information:

1. Name of your store
2. Link to your Bricklink store + any other information you want in the description
of the store
3. Postcode and city name where the arrow is to be placed. You must NOT write
your exact address.

All buying and selling should take place through Bricklink, so that you have
verified who you have sold to and visited you.
The map is open to a Google search as well.

Hope that you will all welcome the initiative with the Bricklink Denmark card,
so that it will be a little easier and cheaper for people to buy LEGO bricks.
Also hope that it can help to generate more sales with the Bricklink sellers
who register on the card.

Kind regards AFOL
Christoffer Behrens

Is this the corner of a building, or is there space behind where you can hide
the method that creates the alternating size stone effect?

In one of my builds, I have used tiles on plates to create the grooves between
stones. This is on the corner of a building. 2x2 corner tiles worked in my case.
These left 1 stud (on a 2x2 square) that could be used to connect the tile and
plate to the rest of the wall and connect to the next plate above it (see attached
photo.) The fact I used a corner tile was hidden within the wall.

In your case, iI can imagine that alternating 1 stud wide tiles (with 1 top stud)
and 2x2 corner tiles get the look you desire.

The main issue I see is that you will need a way to keep the tiles stable with
the rest of the build given the lack of a top stud on the tiles. If you can hide
the method inside the wall, then that will probably be easier.

Hope that helps.

Good day Everyone

I am attempting to work with Studio to make my very first MOC
I am trying to get the the hang of the program but when it comes for me to add
something to it, questions come up?
Do i design on the fly OR open a new file window , create it there and then import
it?
Also I have an area that I would like to add my own idea BUT cannot figure it
out. Can someone please make suggestions how I might be able to create it?
Please see attached photo

Thanks so much in advance

Regards
David

Can someone tell me if this piece is really 1.6cm front to back? I have a new

Plus I am working on a Blackbeard set, and Blackbeard Lego is awesome. Some
may think it’s a waste of money but it’s okay. Collecting minifigs and Lego sets
could be a waste.. But the value isn’t the money from reselling, it’s the joy
one gets from their stuff.

Yes, each to their own. I just find it crazy that people pay $25 or similar to
encase a card worth about 10c in plastic with an ugly looking sticker on it.
I'd get more joy out of being able to handle the card or at least display
it in a nice looking frame.

I can understand protecting the Blackbeard card as that came from a high value
set and is scarcer than the cards from cheap sets, although even then a plastic
top-loader is a much cheaper option than grading it.

They call it the Cardboard Crack for a reason. It defies logic

OP grade them if you are keeping them. It's not worth it for resale

I don't know about the rest of the world, but here in the UK, "shifty"
means dodgy, not quite right, something to be wary of, untrustworthy etc.

Same over here

And the brand name “enlighten” just sounds sooo bad

Why would you get something worth so little graded?

Since having the card graded isn’t always due to the value of the card but for
the collectability. If I have a card I really like I would grade it even if it
won’t ever be something that adds the same value as the cost

Why does it change the collectability? It is just someone else's opinion
and then locked into a plastic case with a sticker on it.

If I liked these incredibly cheap cards, I'd buy 100 of each (still cheaper
than grading one of each) and store them carefully and put one of each into frame
to display. That way, I'd see them every day and have loads left for the
future if I ever needed them.

It's the same with people that get their sealed sets graded and cased in
perspex. I just don't see the point. It is no more collectable than a well
looked after sealed set that isn't graded.

You get a pretty cool case out of the deal plus it’s cool to get a card you might
like graded especially when it only costs about $10-$15 USD per card
