HELP PLEASE!!

Im new to bricklink and wondered how sellers link stripe payments with the correct
order? I have looked in the fees section and can see the order to which the
fees apply but I dont see a 'payments' section. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I would appreciate any help on changing my order status to "Paid" when
the buyer paid with a USPS Money Order.

1. My terms state that I accept payment with Money Order.
2. Customer placed order for kit
3. I invoiced order with shipping included.
4. Buyer send money order
5. I received money order

Can't change order status no matter what the previous status is. It does
not show any option for "Paid".

Hello,

I have a problem

I'd like to be able to have offsite payments method at my store for my customers,
because for most of them the Pay Pal commission is too high

In help center I can read:

Offsite payment methods (including IBAN) are available only by special permission
by contacting the Help Desk. Normally a minimum of 10 positive selling reviews
(feedback) and 3 months of selling experience are required to enable offsite
payments. Exceptions may be made in countries which do not accept PayPal or other
common onsite methods.


So I've asked few times, I've written to help desk (I meet the requirements)
and there was no answer, never...

Am I doing something wrong? maybe I ask in wrong place?...

or maybe it's normal, that they don't answer or maybe I don't even
deserve an answer!

I'm sorry, I'm really frustrated.

Maybe you guys can tell me, what else should I do?

Is PayPal having problems? In my last 2 orders, the customers opted for PayPal
onsite, but because this apparently did not work, the Shipping Method says: Request
for invoice (backup method)

Are others also having this problem at the moment?

One of my buyers is having trouble getting PayPal to offer a Guest checkout option,
and he doesn't want to create a PayPal account. The only options he gets
when directed from BrickLink's pay now button are "sign in" and "create
an account". Anyone have ideas?

Has anyone gotten one of these before and how did you handle it. Stripe recommends
I refund to avoid the charge back fee, but I believe it is a valid charge, however,
this is a first for me and I would like to find out how others handled this situation.

I am new to Bricklink as a seller. My store has been open for about a month.
I have had to verify my Paypal account twice with them. I can understand the
first time but the second time seemed to be a little extra. Does anyone know
if this is an ongoing thing with Paypal? I asked them if I was expected to verify
the account every 3 weeks and gat a generic response that did not answer my question.

Hi everyone,

I'm really in need of help. I've tried reaching out to admin for the
past week but haven't heard anything. I am new to BrickLink and I am very
excited to be part of the community. I opened a store in November/ December and
set everything up according to the guided instructions.

I sold a few sets to 2 different clients with the same result: the system worked
fine in advising me of interest, the invoicing, the progress report and payment.
Except: that I don't actually know where the money went. I can't see
it in the account I connected my store to, nor PayPal, nor Stripe.

My clients confirmed that payment was made through the platform and that their
records show payment as 'PayPal'. I contacted PayPal and Stripe (just
in case) and neither has a record of my store being actively connected to their
services.

I would love to check the settings and parameters for payment in BrickLink but
it doesn't seem that this is possible. I don't want to disconnect the
method of payment in case I lose the ability to claim the money sent.

Help! I can't sell anymore until this if fixed. Thank you in advance to the
community

I am wondering if there is a way to get the Bricklink order number to show up
on the paypal transaction. Right now it just says "Bricklink Order" If
it was possible to add the order number then I can get it to print on the shipping
label automatically.

What does 'This store didn’t select any payment methods accepted for domestic
buyers.' mean? It's preventing me from checking out and I don't know
what to do.

It's the only store that sells the brick I need btw.

Is anyone having trouble with PayPal? Have locked me down as say buyers have
complained. Have refunded buyers missing/defective parts with shipping. Can
buyers still complain to PayPal?

I am trying to place an order on bricklink and in the invoice it says "For
PayPal payment:
Use family/friend option for this transfer" which I usually ignore but for
some reason whenever I go to pay (since its not onsite) it only lets me pay via
friends and family which I won't do as I have 0 protection (and it's
against Paypal TOS) so my question is what should I do. for reference the store
is from the Ukraine so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it

How does PayPal Goods & Services differ from simply paying via PayPal? It appears
PP holds the money until the product is delivered? Correct? Isn't the buyer
automatically protected when they purchase through BL without needing PP G&S?

Hello!

I have a customer that paid with etransfer, and have shipped the item but I'm
not able to progress the order status, I think there is a setting that changed
when BL was down, or I'm missing something? Or is it up to the customer to
progress the paid status?

Also, I had an international buyer pay by paypal when BL was down, and there
seems to be no option to progress the status either.

Hi all,

I've opened a store to sell old lego sets of mine, and I can't seem to
find the option to send an invoice prior to payment, instead of instant checkout.
A store I've bought from does it that way (it seems easiest to calculate
shipping costs on the fly), and I'm still learning the cost management for
