It's just another way of saying "Least Favorite this store immediately".

A sale is a discount based on your regular price.

(Which is why opening a shop with an opening sale is, AFAIK and depending
local laws, not allowed...)

Apart this, you can price $1000 a $50 item (AFAIK and depending local laws) and
still make a generous (lol) 25% OFF. Your shop, your price.

I think that, even in EU, France is one of the most regulated country for sales
and discounts, but even here:
— as it’s not food,
— as we are not in the legal “soldes” (sales) periods (when you can sell at a
loss),
— as the duration of the “promotion” (discount) is limited,
— if the -25% is clearly shown in shop (should be on BL),
— if 2X is the base price for the 25% (should be on BL),
— and if 2X is the lowest price in this shop in the last 30 days (is it?),
then it’s legally a discount and can be advertised as such.

I never saw or heard about a law that said that your prices should match your
competitors’.

I also never saw or heard about a law that said you couldn’t compare shops or
that you were obligated to buy from these sellers either

It's always funny when people say huge sale, then when you look prices are
higher than MSRP for sets easily available from local stores. I just shake
my head and move on.

Played around with it for a while and it does average things out when you combine
them. There are a lot of takeaways from looking at just 6 months worth of data,
however it didn't import my costs which is a little frustrating.

Not sure about that. I don't know everything BrickStore is capable of.

The general rule is that if you are trying to do something that BrickLink doesn't
implement but really should, try BrickStore.

DUDE! How did I never notice that before!? When you consolidate items does
it average out the sold prices?

Hopefully it’s all resolved and no more problems in the future.

Good luck with the store.

stuff with lego and come and try to sell it in Bricklink which is owned by LEGO.
Secondly I have helped a lot of Bricklink stores who contacted me. So if you
need help contact me and I will help you, all for the love of LEGO.

I am frustrated because people complain and talk without knowing anything about

  Hi,

For whom so ever it may concern about my store Bommi Bricks, please contact me
if you have any questions. To put a rest to this inconvenience about people taking
about my sources and qty. Please find photos of my warehouse and my purchases
this week.

I would like to know how you ended up with well over 9000 Muppet Collectible
Minifigs, of all 12 varieties.

That was just a rough guess, but that's well over 250 boxes worth of that
set of figs in a box of 36 each.

If you are willing to reveal your sources, I might find it believable.

That's a lot of money to spend on just getting those boxes, and since you
seem to be a prolific collector, you have collected far more than that, quite
obviously.

People ask questions when they're not sure how large quantities of items
are acquired, it's simply a reality check, to ensure someone isn't doing
anything highly illegal.

If you aren't worried about revealing your sources, please, do tell us how
you acquired all of this stock of LEGO sets and elements for your store.

Cheers ...

I agree with you, this conspiracy of stolen figures if proven or admitted by
the company should be controlled by the company and it is not for anyone to accuse,
judge or punish sellers behind their backs. I know how hard and how many years
have gone by to develop this store and I will go to any extent to defend my store.
Do not accuse, then judge and then punish without knowing the truth.

I know and can prove the source of every part or figure in my store and have
done this twice when the team audited me and I am still here selling on Bricklink.

Bommi Reddy

but then that raises the difficult question. how exactly would you confirm they
are fraudulent like was said last time this was in the forums many sellers might
first list just the figures long before they part out the set. I've done
that myself before so if bricklink did something based of that it would cause
issues. for things like this the only real solution would be to prevent the real
(presumably) stolen figures from being made in the first place rather then without
full proof punishing those who may be inoccent

I'll also add that the relatively large number of views without any purchases
is probably due to forum posts driving curious looks. Either that or you viewed
your own store a whole bunch of times.

It's less likely those views are from people finding the small number of
items that you've got listed through searches.
