I had sent him a BL message about the shipping failure and asking what he is intending to do about it... He never replied. Or, actually, he didn't send _any_ communication [...]

Follow up. Earlier today I got refund notification from Paypal for this order. Checking the order status, it was now showing "paid". (Huh? Paid when refunded?). But soon [...]
