Hi, I haven’t built the set or looked further in the instructions but it looks

I don’t really agree with that, or that depends on whom you label “scientists.”
Open source is the fundament of science: you share what you do, how you do it,
with what you do it.
Grafted on that is the people who pay the scientists and want something in return
or want to know how/to whom to distribute the money. And those people are therefore
interested in technology and applications, not science, and there you get patents
and secrets.
As for artists, well all the artists train by looking at and reproducing others’
arts (works for paintings or books). Then they find & do their own things and
add their creativity… or not, when they found the “cash recipe” and rehash the
same work / story over and over.
Those AIs do exactly as the latter: they are trained on what exists, find the
recipe (in a totally obscure way for us) and produce similar things over and
over.

You shouldn’t say “you should…!”!
As both buyer and seller are French, I suppose they spoke French and so there
should be less of a language barrier.
There’s several nuances in French that can be reduced to “you should…!” in Globish.
For starters, there’s “tu” (singular & colloquial you) or “vous” (politeness
plural) or the impersonal “ça” (it, but then it would translate to “it should”)
or the impersonal “il” (similar to “it should” but translates to “you should”).
Then there’s the tense: present (obligation) or conditional (advice).
So it’s hard to judge just on a translation what could have triggered that answer.
Also, these social codes are not always understood or shared and it seems the
seller is under stress at the moment.
I mean, the answer is still out of line but it may not just be the exclamation
point

— they are rare, and therefore you don’t need a lot of storage place,
— they are sold as fast as the the stock is replenished, and therefore you don’t
need a lot of storage place.
On the contrary, parts that are least wanted aren’t sold and therefore accumulate

In UK self employed have to pay "forecasted" income tax based on the
previous year's income which can mean paying tax on money you haven't
earned if you have a bad year after a good year. You get it back but they use
your money!

Yes, we also have that in France, especially now that we have withholding tax.
But that’s tax you owe, not tax you collect.

I mean most stores are already collecting it so they still get it but now I'm
going to have to do a confusing year again with gst/hst remittance based off
of forecasted tax I'm going to collect this year and then if halfway thru
the year bricklink decides its finally time to collect tax its going to be more
headaches to sort everything out again

“forecasted”

Hi,
Thanks for the report, I’ll forward it to the devs… but the dedicated forum for
Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/ (hover over the red Studio
icon that’s on every page, then click “Studio Forum”).
Please search the forum for your question before posting a new one (the search
box is in the very dark grey banner).
There’s indexes of known bugs and suggestions that you can browse first:
Studio: https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5579
PartDesigner: https://forum.bricklink.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=5589
And please search the part number if it’s a problem specific to a part.

I don't mind sitting on stock.

Fortunately, you’re light enough not to crush it

ah yes, guess I should have asked if anyone Answers their emails.
|
| Either way,
reading should lead to answering if you want to sell something to an interested
buyer. I certainly answer my emails as fast as I can just out of courtesy.
|
Yes, but some don’t and have no problems with it. Their loss.

Ah, I was about to answer to the Subject with something like “most receive their
messages through e-mail and don’t read them on the website, so they stay marked
unread here”… but then, maybe not reading would be better than reading but not
answering….

You know, buyers have all the time to think; we sellers can't think: we've
to count

Indeed, that’s why I’m a buyer: I can’t count

Problem isn't the language, but the lack of punctuation

Yes, it would have helped.
| Like in "I love baking my family and my friends."
(I love baking, my family, and my friends.)

Even with commas, English is complicated: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_comma
(TBH, the ambiguous examples can often be translated literally in French and
they’ll be ambiguous too. But let’s not be honest and continue bashing that
awful English language )
