| The buying priviledge of a buyer is revoked (who had also an order from me in
NPB status) and now, she has opened a new account and ordered from me.
What should I do?
In this case, does Bricklink allow the buyer to open a new account and basically
start over?

| Hello All,
I hope you can point me in the right direction, because I could not find the
answer.
The issue is this:
- The buyer and I agreed that the order could not go through like he placed the
order.
- The size of the items did not fit in the shippingmethod and we expected delivery
issues.
- But the order was already paid through onsite Paypal.
- So I refunded the full order through Paypal.
Now I would like to remove the order from Bricklink. How can I do that?

Is this policy enforceable if there actually is an issue with the package contents
and the buyer files a NSS 8 days after receiving the order?

| I just received a message from a seller about a very odd shipping issue. I'll
quote the message below:
"Unfortunately, I just received a notice from paypal and the USPS telling me
that I owe another $27.46 in unpaid postage on your package because it was "delivered
to a garage or other location.""
So, I looked up the tracking and that item is recorded at the time of delivery.
I also searched for it online and found nothing about up-charges related to
it. What am I looking at with this charge. The seller is asking me for the
money, as if I had something to do with the tracking item. As far as I could
tell the package was delivered the same as hundreds before..including many BL
orders dropped at my house (as opposed to my mailbox) that have never incurred
an additional charge.
Is this maybe a scam? Postal carrier error? USPS scam? Who needs to argue on
who's behalf to resolve it?

I just started going through some old Lego stuff, and I happened to find a couple
minifigs for INSANE prices.
I saw one shop selling Watto sw0038 (new) for $300?! The lowest I saw for it
was around $50.
Does anyone out there actually want these?
Are they secretly filled with unicorn blood?
How does the market value work? Is there a weird demand for these? I mean...
I didn't even know the other thing was called Beedo sw0979. Fifty bucks for
that, too?

items to a wanted list without having to do it buy adding individual pieces ?
Like a simple check box on the stockroom inventory page option ? then just add
a QTY required or minimum QTY to automatically add to wanted list ?

| Today we are in a Full Moon. I just verified that fact online.
Some people believe that people and animals behave oddly during a full moon.
What does this have to do with BrickLink?
I just received a message from a buyer (feedback rating = 5) who purchased 70
dollars worth of Lego from me and is now claiming the Lego is not real.
I think it is a case of buyer's remorse. The order happened to be heavy
(mostly regular bricks) and was shipped from New York to California, so the shipping
cost was relatively high. Add in the state sales tax, and the order Final Total
was 90 bucks. That does make the Lego rather expensive (in this case, 28 cents
per piece versus 21 cents per piece without shipping costs and sales tax added).
There is absolutely NO WAY that any of the parts I sent are Fake Lego. I have
never purchased or owned fake Lego in all of my 48 years on this earth. Being
that the majority of my inventory originated from sets produced prior to 2008,
my inventory is actually BETTER than other seller's brand new inventory as
none of it is the newer breakable Lego (sometimes referred to as Brittle Brown
Bricks).
So, before I reply to the buyer, I came here to vent a bit. It certainly stings
to be accused of peddling fake Lego.
I am not yet ready to name-and-shame the buyer. I haven't even responded
to them yet. I am considering simply ignoring the message as the best way to
deal with this buyer.

| I plan on becoming a seller soon of several used sets. I already read
these two help articles:

I want to make sure I understand the rules perfectly, so could someone please
correct me if I'm wrong?
1) For a given set, if I have all the items in "Regular Items" on the Bricklink
Set Inventory, as well as the stickers either applied or on sheet, the set is
complete.
2) If I am missing an item from "Regular Items" but have a corresponding item
from "Alternate Items", the set is complete.
3) "Counterparts" are assembled from items in "Regular Items" but which you don't
want to or cannot easily disassemble. (Personally, IMHO this one confused me,
and I don't think it should exist as a category.)
4) "Extra Items" are not necessary for a set to be complete.

| Is it preferable to sell items individually on this site or in bulk eg, I have
a bag of hundreds of blue bricks all the same size.
I also have tonnes of LEGO to sell (for my grandson) and it would take years

| Has anyone tried to replace the battery on one of these Light & Sound units?
Screw is so small I can't make out if it's a Torx or a hex head.
Lights don't work and sound is very weak. Not sure if it's worth the
effort to fix.
