Thanks in advance.

Always respond to the NSS in the comments section of the NSS.
Send Admin proof of the refund:

| Dear Community
Is there any experience in removing the floor sections from the hulls on 4010
and 4005?
Are they clicked into place and 'need pressure' or a tool using a certain
method for disassembly or could they possible be glued/heat formed into place
with no hope of removal. 4010 in particular has 2 holes in 2 adjacent studs for
some reason that might allow a long thin prong tool access to a internal clip
but am loathed to attempt until I know more. 4005 has no such design.
Any advice no matter how small appreciated.
Many Thanks
Al

BL messages can be received by e-mail and thus read but not “read” as a BL message.
That being said, 3 weeks, no answers, and you already paid: file an NSS, https://www.bricklink.com/retractOrder.asp
That should at least wake up the seller.

Sellers occasionally close their shop to catch up on orders or for other reasons.
I wouldn't be too worried. Has the seller shipped the order yet? It's
been more than two weeks. If not, I would send them a message.

Can you try it again? We had a slight bump with the messaging system this afternoon.

Yes, it appears to work now. Thanks!

| Am i just crazy to think that the shift key does not work in Inventory list of
BL.
Example. I just want to put lets say just mini-figs on sale, why in the world
do i have to hit each tic box? Why cant i just hit the first one hold shift and
hit the last one.
Am i missing something? It works for me everywhere else outside of BL

| Hi
I now had several times that I got this message on top of my list of orders received.
However clicking on " 1 order" what supposes to link to this order does not
help to get there and there is nothing in my selection when filtered on OCR.
Is this a technical issue or am I doing something wrong and how can I trace this
order?
Erik

|
| Hello,
it looks like the Quote Request form for UK RFQs is not working correctly. I
have similar issue on 2 quotes already.
The first issue is I can add shipping costs only once and no further change or
add of additional costs is possible. All results in to following message: This
Quote can not be updated because all numbers had been updated already.
In addition, the Quote calculation is different in the line on the list of all
Quotes Received page and on the Quote details page. Here is an example:
Calculation in the line of the list of all Quotes Received page is correct and
shows:
Order Total: 1,384.88
Shipping: 433.12
Final Total: 1,818.00
Tax BL collected: 363.60
Grand Total: 2,181.60
In case I go to Quote detail page I can see following:
Item Total: 1,384.88
Shipping: 433.12
Est. United Kingdom VAT: 363.60
Grand Total: 2,545.20 (!!!!!)
As you can see the GRAND TOTAL is different. For Quote to Buyer is used the wrong
number from Quote detail page. It looks like the UK VAT is calculated twice there.
Any idea what to do with this?
Thanks in adavance for any help.

| Thank you both for the quick replies! Time to go make a shopping list... Happy
bricking!
In Help, MrPetovan writes:
| What Wildchicken13 said is already pretty complete about the choice to complete
the set or not. I personally enjoy completing sets but I've seen several
listings where sellers didn't bother and instead described the missing parts
and gave a big markdown to their set.
On the other hand, I have bought a few Used sets in several large assemblies.
In theses cases, it's probable the parted out sets would have taken more
volume for shipping because these sets were Creator sets with a dense design,
but for the Hogwarts castle I expect parting it out would take less space because
of the sheer volume of the building interiors made with the parts that you would
be reclaiming.
In Help, wildchicken13 writes:
| Some enjoy completing sets, but if you're just looking to get the most bang
for your buck, then you'll have to do a bit of analysis. How much did you
buy it for? Make a wanted list with all of the missing pieces and play around
with the Easy Buy/Buy All page to get an idea of how much it would cost to complete
the set. Then look at some of the used listings and try to determine whether
or not it would be worth it to complete the set or sell it as is. And I would
definitely disassemble the set before you ship it; I have never had anyone try
to ship me a used set assembled before (except for stickered assemblies, of course).
I hope that helps!

Same thing. Block the air inlet and it should be hard to pull out. Not hard =
leaky part
If in doubt just try to MOC up something similar to a set and see if it works
