As for there is no source (instruction or images) that shows that stickers should be applied on both sided of this par. There are two the same stickers on the sticker sheet but I didn't found any evidence of that.

Only two rubber bands are used in the build. However, this set came with four rubber bands *at all times* and is corroborated by the official part count on the box (cont. 41 pcs/pzs). According to the BrickLink inventory guidelines, these rubber bands are therefore considered Regular Items.

Thanks for the information, Jonas. 
When I was looking at sets that were built from sealed set contents on brickshelf
for set 7905, *none* of the strings looked particularly thick to me in any of
the photos, either. One of them showed the cardboard sleeve was the exact same
one we are discussing. I have a strong feeling the inventory for 7905 is wrong.
Also, the image for
looks like thin string to me.
I wonder if there even is a 200cm string in medium thickness...
Definitely thin string in that set, also. See attached image.
I don't know what is going on with the rest of the inventories, but your
photo and all of the information I have pieced together is enough to not change
the inventory of this cardboard sleeve.
