  Hi there,

I am trying to create a candy cane that I can angle by using:

These parts:

Part No: 57360 Name: Hinge Cylinder 1 x 2 Locking with 2 Fingers and Axle Hole on Ends without Slots
*
57360 Hinge Cylinder 1 x 2 Locking with 2 Fingers and Axle Hole on Ends without Slots
Parts: Hinge

Part No: 30383 Name: Hinge Plate 1 x 2 Locking with 1 Finger on Top
*
30383 Hinge Plate 1 x 2 Locking with 1 Finger on Top
Parts: Hinge

  I have seen they are called "XX hinge" but I cannot seem to find them
on the Lego website to order some.

You are asking this question on BrickLink, that means the answer is: buy them
from a BrickLink store.

  Does anyone know what they are officially called or any other names for them,
or maybe a part number or a category they would come under?

Many thanks!
