| Hi All,
Was just wondering if anyone else has this annoying issue.
I seem to have trouble getting my customers to mark their received orders as
complete.
I always send the drive thru and have even created a draft email that I send
out after 3-4 weeks asking them to do so as it helps clear my orders page.
I also discovered that I can mark the order as complete, but I don’t feel this
is the right thing to do.
Any ideas?
Many thanks

File them, then they go away.

Hey mate,
Simple thing, just don't worry about it.
Once the order is sent, send the drive thru and then once you have sent the order,
file it, so then the order will not be on your orders page. No need to send a
reminder email.
I can guarantee you, if there is a problem with an order, they will contact you.
If there is not, don't stress about it. Some people mark them complete,
some don't, some leave feedback, some don't.
It is just the way it is.
Cheers
Douglas

| Like the other mentioned, don’t worry about it. Many buyers will never mark an
order as completed and will never leave feedback but that’s fine and very normal
so it’s best to not worry about it
