This set was redesigned. The match id 99 refers to this. Please read the note
written at the bottom of the inventory.

This request can't be approved, for the inventory is correct: see inventory
note and the inventory change request below it was based on.

Inventory note:
Redesigned during production.

There are at least 2 different versions of instructions for this set. The differences
for the second version are indicated in this inventory in the Alternate Items
section with Match ID 99.

Quick overview of redesign: 2 extra 2 x 4 Bricks above Magnet Couplers, white
to black Wheels Holders.
