| Hi, I have an issue with an order which the seller has my money and is unresponsive
and not shipping my order. This has been a problem since early March and I've
filed a dispute claim with my bank.
But my bank wants me to bring this up with the admins and see what can be done
by the admins first before they take further action. I am just wondering how
I can contact the bricklink admins regarding this...

File an NSS on the order. However, Bricklink does not have your money or any
access to it. Your bank needs to start the action. There is no action Bricklink
can take involving the money.

File an NSS on the order. However, Bricklink does not have your money or any
access to it. Your bank needs to start the action. There is no action Bricklink
can take involving the money.

Ive already filed an NSS back in April, its just that the bank needs proof that
I have attempted to contact the bricklink admins before they can proceed. So
I dont even care if the admins dont reply to me but I at least need proof that
Ive attempted to reach out to them...
Just dont know where I can contact them lol

You did that by filing the NSS. Just show the NSS to your bank.

IIUC, banks want to be sure you “did something” on the merchant site / marketplace
as some people pull the “bank-bank” trigger too fast.
(Not that OP did here. I don’t know about that.)
So open an NSS on BL as it’s the way to ask for a mediation here.
