| I incorrectly shipped a BAM rerelease torso to a customer instead of the CMF
torso that was listed. An honest mistake and one that I apologized for repeatedly
and immediately refunded the buyer as soon as they pointed out the error. Now
they have opened a NSS case against me and are demanding that I ship them the
correct torso even though we do not have it in stock and have already refunded
them. What do I do here?
The buyer already attempted to negotiate the price of an element they already
received but failed to mention anything about the price of the element when they
made the purchase, only doing so just before receiving the refund for the missing
part. Buyer is also asking for a refund of $10 for the parts they felt were over
priced vs the market on top of sending them the correct torso they were already
refunded for.
Buyer has a 20+ year history on BrickLink and from reviewing their feedback,
they have the propensity, IMO, to leave negative feedback.
NOTE: Avg BL price is ~$3-5 USD, element in this color was released once as part
of a CMF, I have already adjusted the price down for the rest of the community,
I didn't realize it was over avg. Had the buyer approached this differently,
I most certainly would have too.
This is an ongoing NSS
Thank you for any input you may have on this, especially if AITA. I'm a one
Dad show working out of our family basement fulltime. If I'm the problem,
I want to correct myself.
