Is this head a misprint? The mouth doesn't look right (like she has fangs
or something) and there's no beauty mark.

Are those bite marks? If so, I would say wear and tear. But it looks odd for
sure.

Yeah, wear and tear probably took off the beauty mark is what I'm thinking.
