Hi. I am looking to obtain some information, after having sent more than ten
requests for information to bricklink support for 3 weeks, and having received
no response.
My store has been blocked for almost a month with this message:
Reason: Violation of BrickLink's Terms of Service
At the time of the blockage, I had a second NSS which was settled very quickly
(proof of sending sent, etc.). Unfortunately there is still an NSS that bricklink
does not want to remove despite the proof of sending sent more than a year ago...
but, why is my store blocked? it's not 3 unresolved NSS to block a store?
Do you know a plausible explanation for this blockage and especially for the
lack of response from bricklnik for three weeks?

I suggest reading your own Terms Page to see if there is an item that needs clarification
or correction.

BrickLink does not allow any seller Terms (conditions) that violate the Terms
of any of your payment processing companies or that violate any Laws of your
Nation or State or Customs Enforcement. Or any Terms that violate the BL Terms
of Service or the rules for sellers.

Good Luck getting this sorted out.

For the delay bricklink has been taking many weeks for most help desk responses
so that’s “normal” right now as for the reason it could be anything from accepting
friends and family payments to repeatedly listing incomplete minifigures or
anything in between.

The problem is not the NSS its because you are in violation of the ToS of Bricklink
according to the reason.

It could be anything from multiple incorrect listings, off site payment (tax
avoidance?), multiple accounts, etc.

We can't see your terms so we can't help you with that.
