| Just got an order and this is the buyers first purchase so I don’t expect them
to answer messages, but they ordered a part that will not go lettermail but they
chose it anyway. How do I add the extra shipping fee?

I'd pay for my own mistake and would correct my shipping methods while providing
max dimensions.

+1 if paid already via methods available you should cover it. Adjust your setup
so it dosnt happen again.

Erm... it's YOUR fault, buyer paid what he was announced to pay.
You may try to ask the buyer, then refund him and re-invoice, but you'll
lose the PayPal fees. AND geta Neutral or a Negative too. I'm not sure it's
worth it.

Erm... it's YOUR fault, buyer paid what he was announced to pay.

No

Yes
Fully cover it, luckily many items in the catalogue have sizes so you can setup
methods so that buyers won’t have options for items that can’t go lettermail
so that they will only be manual

And then? Sorry but it's your fault, fix it?
Ah and don't forget to put a Manual one in case all dimensions are off (the
most often because there's no dimension in the Catalog for this).

| Occasionally it happens.
Eat the loss, adjust the method and move on..
Like in the beginning I forgot to add base weight.. when you have instant checkout
it's a primary rule to follow..
