Good day,
I'm new to this platform and I failed at identifying the shop, my account
was blocked and now I've been going back and forth with emails for days trying
to fix the problem and it always takes a day until I get an answer It's amazing
to me that it's taking so long.

Hi,

Well, TBH, one day is rather fast.  Some situations take weeks.

Besides, BrickLink is based in California.  So, if you write on your moring,
it’s night there and, at best, they answer on their morning, which is late afternoon
for you.
