I received an order 2 days ago.
A lot of items are badly worn and some are just broken.

The seller lists them as 'used' but no comments (not even in the T&Cs)
on the actual condition.

Can I ask a refund? How do I do that?
I have notified the seller straight away but he hasn't responded yet.

Bien entendu qu'il faut réclamer un remboursement. Sans description supplémentaire,
toute pièce même en USED est censée être en bon état et fonctionnelle. Ce sont
les règles sur Bricklink. Là ce n'est clairement pas le cas !

Le mail au vendeur a été envoyé sur la page de la commande (contact your seller
about this order) ? Si oui, il peut peut-être le recevoir directement sur sa
boite mail. Si non, vérifie de temps en temps sur la page des messages envoyés
si celui-ci a été lu. Sans réponse de sa part 7 jours après l'envoi du message,
un NSS (Non-Shipping Seller) devrait le réveiller

J'espère avoir pu t'aider.

Soit dit en passant, j'aime beaucoup le nom de ta boutique

The problem is that the pace of development here is very slow and it will be
a very long time before it is implemented.

Is it forbidden to use any language other than English in the 'main'
forum?
What about the users that don't have a language specific forum?
And does it bother people so much to see a non-English message in the main forum?

It's fine. If a French person posts asking for help in English, then a French
person replies in French because it is easier, there is not an issue if it helps
solve the problem. If the problem is solved, maybe it would be good just to update
the thread in English saying solved.

If the threads starts off in a foreign language and there is no language specific
sub-forum, it is better not to use English in the subject. That way, it is clear
it is a non-English thread and people can ignore it without clicking on it, just
like they can ignore any thread that is not of interest from the subject.
