| A buyer of mine just informed me that his order was out for delivery as of last
Saturday but apparently something has gone wrong. I have attached a screenshot
of the tracking and I don't know what to think of it. The order was fairly
expensive (a single minifigure that was worth quite a large amount) and this
was the buyers first order. My question is: what does this mean? Has the package
been lost or just delayed or what?

Usually just delayed. Sometimes a package is on the truck but they don't
get to deliver it (they run out of time).

This recently happened to us. It will either get delivered soon and was just
late or it is lost. If is lost, then you file a missing mail search request with
usps.

| When you say "last Saturday" do you mean Jan 27th or Feb 3rd? If the
former, I'd be a little nervous. If the latter, it might show up today.

That would be Feb 3rd.
