| Who decides when a MOC will change from having assembly instructions one day
to
"This design is for Display only.
Features are not accessible." the next day?
In this case I am refering to the Union Pacific DDA40X Locomotive Train...It
had all the Studio Building steps last Thursday and the next day...gone...What
is up with that??? I have been gathering parts to make this great MOC and now
what??? I tried to get in contact with the creator of the locomotive but nothing
...

There’s been a double update.
One, the Guidelines have changed: https://www.bricklink.com/message.asp?ID=1451387
Two, the way the Gallery works changed a bit. Before, My Studio was separated
in two sections: unpublished and published designs, and amongst the published
ones, you had Display Only, Partial Access and Full Access.
Now, there’s one list with tabs: All, Private, Drafts, Display, and Full Access.
The old Partial Access is an option inside Full Access.

| The fact that it copies a real locomotive and uses the name Union Pacific in
the title means that under the very strict rules applied to the studio gallery
it counts as "IP".
