| Hey so I'm making a minifig for my girlfriend, as we both love Lego. Is yellow
the only color available for minifig colors with decal?

No. There are many fleshtones now. Take a look at this set
It shows you a wide range of colours. First find the most suitable colour, then
you can search for heads in that colour.

| To do what yorbrick is saying:
1) Go to the color guide https://www.bricklink.com/catalogColors.asp?utm_content=subnav
2) Click the "For Sale" (far right column) number corresponding to the
color you want. Using Light Nougat as an example, that number is 1932 as of now.
3) Most colors will have a "Category Summary" that lists every type of
part currently for sale in the chosen color. Go to "Minifigure, Head".
4) Simply scroll through the list, or search via the "Find:" box for
the features you want (i.e. smile, glasses, wrinkles, etc.). Keep in mind the
names aren't exactly standardized, so searching with keywords can be tricky
even if you've used the catalog for years. Some names will say "smiling"
while others say "smile" (the majority do say "smile" though),
synonyms are used somewhat liberally, stuff like that. Sometimes you just have
to resort to scrolling :/
Good luck!
