| Hi,
Customer has canceled the order after the deal was made and the bricks were packed
and ready for shiping. I have blocked him.
I want to give him negative feedback but I am afraid if he do that also, and
I don't want first negative feedback.
What to do with customers like this one?
Thanks!

| Sorry to read you had his experience.
On the FB Help page:
"Feedback is how you let other members know how well a transaction went."
As this transaction was cancelled, no feedback is apropriate IMO.
My suggestion is to move on from the cancelled order, leave NO feedback and block
the buyer for future orders.
And, only start picking and packing an order AFTER payment has been received.
This will not prevent future experiences like this, but it will minimize your
efforts made .

Move on without leaving feedback. It's a sellers risk.
Don't pick & pack orders until paid.

How did they cancel it? A seller needs to agree to it to allow a cancellation.
If you agreed to cancel, then you should not leave negative feedback. If you
didn't agree to mutually cancel, then you should have used NPB to give them
the opportunity to pay and completed the NPB if they didn't pay.

Customer does NOT have the power to cancel an order. You agreed to cancel. If
you didn't want to agree, you had to initiate an NPB.

Since the buyer had not paid, why did you pack at the first place? packing should
be done only when the buyer has already paid.

If buyer does not pay, initiate an NPB AND complete it. It can take about 2-3
weeks. Once it is complete, you can leave a negative feedback and the buyer will
not be allowed to leave any feedback for you. If he already left a feedback,
his feedback would be removed once the NPB is completed.
