| Hi,
Does anyone know when the DAC7 regulations will come into effect on Bricklink?
These regulations mean that if you have 30 orders or have sold 2000€, it will
be passed on to the tax authorities.
This already applies to Brickowl and Vinted.
I would have liked to know when this applies to Bricklink.

Ok thanks, but when are you a business seller and when are you a regular seller?
Do regular sellers also have to apply for a VAT number or what?
it's just not clear...

For DAC-7, you’re a business or regular seller when:
— you’re a registered business (see below),
— or you sold more than 30 times or for more than €2,000 in the year.

Whether you need to register or not depends on your local laws.
Whether you need to get a VAT number depends both on your local laws and whether
you sell for more than €10,000 in EU (not counting domestic / your own country).
