Store: Bertie Botts Every Brick
At 6:45 pm today, we tried to access our seller settings via cell phone. The
message says "To access your seller features, you'll need to enter the
confirmation code we've sent to the following email address: (our email).
This code will expire in 10 minutes.

It is now 7:04 pm today and we still haven't received the email with the
confirmation code, which would have now expired 9 minutes ago. No confirmation
code in our junk file either. How long do we have to wait for an email, which
website claims already sent? Will the code work, since the 10 minutes has long
passed?

We can access the store settings on our desktop bc we haven't cleaned out
our cookies since authenticating our desktop. Cell was working fine too, until
we cleaned up history. Any help is appreciated.

I would try (at least 10 minutes after your last attempt):
* log out
* clear browser cache
* remove all BrickLink cookies
* close browser and restart it, log in, then retry?

I would try (at least 10 minutes after your last attempt):
* log out
* clear browser cache
* remove all BrickLink cookies
* close browser and restart it, log in, then retry?

Thanks for responding! No luck again. Started process and if we get an email
with code, it will already be expired. Nothing in junk email from BL. Something
is def wrong here.

I have disabled OTP for your store temporarily until you get this worked out.

Hi,

What is the date & time of the email?

Look into the headers (“source” of the email), each server through which the
email passes adds a ‘Received’ line with its local date & time.
