I believe the 2 1x1 Rounded Plate pieces are incorrectly marked as additional spares on Bricklink. The offical Lego Instruction Manual for 75333 says there are supposed to be 4x 4073 included in the set (Page 96). Also, see the back of the manual for the parts inventory. Because the stud-shooters can only hold 1 piece per shooter, TLG put 2 pcs unattached besides the Starfighter on Step 107.

Extras are not in every set some are region or production run exclusive. Extras
are not guaranteed but are in inventories if they are found

The four parts in question (mentioned in the building instructions during step
and in the back) are already included in the inventory. The four parts is also
confirmed by official LEGO data.

One or two extras are expected depending on the bag distribution. Like another
user explained, the amount of extras may depend on the geographical region.

Therefore, this request will be rejected.
