| Has anyone seen these before and know whether or not they are genuine? It
seems like official LEGO zip-lock bags and official promotional instructions.
But I can only find the set numbers on some japanese sites.
Set numbers: 6422234, 6422235, 6422236.

| i found 3 more. the description says
"lego stamp rally
This is a full complete set.

| and another description on a separate one for only 2 of the 6 said
"JR East LEGO stamp rally 30 stations achieved mini kit"
so it seems they were part of a "stamp rally"

Ah, I found it and get the point now.
They seem to be promotional sets from a Japanese railway celebrating 150th anniversary.
