Through a bit of happenstance I ended up having two torsos printed by Lego in
bright light blue and bright green which as far as I know don't exist in
production. I'm trying to decide if I should keep or sell them and if I do
what are they worth. Thanks for any insight

How do you know they were printed by Lego? Not disputing that they were, necessarily
- but what's the provenance?

I happened to be at one of the Lego stores where they can print minifigures which
they typically only do on white torsos and the subject came up could we print
on other torsos so we tried and that's what I ended up with. They have a
lot more rules now about what they can do so I don't know that you could
ever get them to do it now.

I don't think these are "genuine" Classic Space torsos, since they're
just custom printed (even though they were done at a Lego store) and haven't
been taken from an official set; a green CS torso did appear in the Ideas Exo
Suit set, though

Not to mention that the printing techniques differ, as Lego uses pad printing
for official sets & UV printing on these custom, in-store minifigures

Agree. Lego store printed parts is (IMHO) no different than anyone printing something
at home. It’s not factory.

But LEGO printed the parts, on official parts. That is not the same as someone
printing in their garage. But adding them to the catalog would be wrong as they
are one-offs and not a production item.

+1 and if I’m not mistaken bricklink specificity said those parts aren’t added
to the catalogue

Agreed I wouldn't put them in the catalog. They are very much a one off as
I don't think the current rules allow them to be printed in store. Since
I can't get tanks and helmets to match I am unsure what to do with them.
If I could complete them I would just add them to my wall.

mhm it's an interesting conundrum. if you have no use for them then explaining
what they are and listing them on ebay might be your best bet
